If you receive a faulty product, we apologise for any inconvenience and will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. In such cases, we require you to follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: Our customer service team will assess the images provided and contact you promptly to discuss the issue and arrange for the return or replacement of the faulty swimsuit.
